Can Gemini put clothes on your photo?
Gemini Apps can generate images and edit uploaded images. Google describes support for multiple reference images, local edits and a reusable personal avatar for some image workflows. Availability and access can vary with country, language, age, account type and plan; check Gemini’s current help pages for your account.
You can use these image tools to explore an outfit idea. Attach a clear clothing reference when its details matter, then inspect the result against the original. An image edit is not a verified garment fitting or a size recommendation.
Gemini and Google Shopping Try-On are different tools
Google Shopping Try-On is a feature on eligible clothing listings in Google Search, Shopping and Images. It asks for a photo and works only in supported countries for logged-in adults with specified Search settings. Google’s current supported-country list does not include Poland. That listing-based feature is separate from generating or editing an image in Gemini.
If a product is eligible and the feature is available to your account, it can be convenient for exploring items found through Google. If the Try-On button is missing, the listing may be unsupported, or the feature may not be available in your country or for your account or settings.
How WEARFITS approaches a product you want to buy
Paste a product link or upload its photo, add a selfie, plus your height and weight (a full-body photo is optional and raises accuracy), then view the item as part of a studio-style outfit. You can mix products from different shops and save their prices and links in your shopping list; each purchase happens with its retailer. Links from many stores work, but some stores block reading, so you can use the product photo instead.
Choose this flow when you have specific products in mind and want to gather them into a look. It still shows an appearance preview, not a promise about size, fabric or fit.
When should you use Gemini or WEARFITS?
Gemini image generation suits broad visual exploration and directed edits with photos you provide. Google Shopping Try-On suits eligible listings when you can access the feature. WEARFITS suits product links or uploaded item photos when you want to combine shop items in one outfit and save the sources to revisit.
Whichever you use, look at the original product listing and measurements before checkout. Neither an edited image nor a virtual try-on guarantees a size.
